Shane Power MURPHY

Shane is the lead coach and owner at Power Performance. With over 10 years of experience excelling at prestigious companies like Google and Accenture, Shane brings his drive for peak performance to the sports realm. His passion for coaching, fitness, and self-development shines through his own accomplishments: losing over 24KG, running marathons in 3:12, competing in Hyrox events worldwide, and thriving professionally.

From a coaching perspective, Shane has designed high-performance programs for top early-career talent and guided clients toward their fitness goals. He is a qualified running coach, qualified nutritionist and qualified personal trainer
